MCAT+ Micro Cross Arm Tester

The MCAT+ Micro Cross Arm Tester is a compact, portable instrument designed to detect faulty insulators and measure prospective short circuit current (ISC) on 11kV unearthed wooden poles. Its primary purpose is to ensure personnel safety by verifying the de-energization of high-voltage lines before work begins. Wireless Phase Comparators

Wireless Phase Comparator Kits (WPC1000) utilize a Transmitter module and a Receiver module to determine the Phase Relationship between two energized conductors at the same nominal voltage and frequency, eliminating the need for connecting cables. The kit is designed to comply with IEC 61481 standards for system voltages.

Live Line Indicators

Live Line Indicators (LLI) are sophisticated, battery-operated electronic units specifically engineered for precise testing of DC systems up to 3000V, particularly in the context of Transit Railway systems. It serves as a critical tool to ensure optimal safety during maintenance or installation procedures.

    • Can be used on DC high voltage overhead lines up to 3000VDC

    • Earth lead and clamp attached to long-length handle

    • Red LED indicators when voltage is detected
