All technical support, support calls, and data management services for MSM2 will end soon. However, you can continue to use MSM2 with confidence.
Upgrading from MSM2 to the new PRM® Database:
Once a PowerMaster® is transitioned to PRM®, any remaining PowerMasters not connected to PRM® will need to sync to a separate Database in MSM2. Please read the Customer Service Bulletin about the PRM® upgrade and its benefits.
