End-Of-Life (EOL):
MSM2 is no longer available for updates. Powermetrix is replacing MSM2 with its latest software application, Powermetrix Remote Manager (PRM®).

PRM® software is fully supported and designed for Windows 10/11 laptops and tablets. 

End-Of-Support (EOS): 
After March 31st, 2025, all technical support, support calls, and data management services for MSM2 will end. However, you can confidently continue to use MSM2.

Upgrading from MSM2 to the new PRM® Database:
Once a PowerMaster® is transitioned to PRM®, any remaining PowerMasters not connected to PRM® will need to sync to a separate Database in MSM2. Please read the Customer Service Bulletin (CSB-EP-002) about the PRM® upgrade.
